Amendment #601 to H4000

Regional and Metropolitan Planning Organizations Open Checkbook

Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of section 14C of chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 5 after the word “commonwealth,” the following words:-

“the regional and metropolitan planning organizations,”.
