DCR Pipe Removal

Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2800-0101, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to remove, dismantle or destroy an underground pipe on Dedham Boulevard in the town of Dedham and to compensate certain individuals whose property abuts said pipe for their injuries, including for any medical expenses, emotional distress damages, costs related to the destruction of personal property and for the devaluation of private residential property.” and by striking out in said item the figures “$1,020,149” and replacing it with the figures "$1,520,149"
