Amendment #65 to H4000

Crystal Lake

Representatives Balser of Newton, Khan of Newton and Lawn of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2810-0100 the following item:-

“xxxx-xxxx For the department of conservation and recreation to improve, manage and protect the water quality in Crystal Lake in the city of Newton to include, without limitation, the testing for water pollutants, and improvements to reduce pollution and erosion from water run-off near the lake. . . . . . . . . . . $150,000.”
