Representatives Diehl of Whitman, Speliotis of Danvers, Smola of Warren and Heroux of Attleboro move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7035-0035, by striking out the figure "[$2,000,000]" and inserting in place thereof the figure "[$4,000,000]".
