Department of Conservation and Recreation Retained Revenue
Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Schmid of Westport, Orrall of Lakeville, Ayers of Quincy, Collins of Boston, Ferguson of Holden, Hecht of Watertown, Mark of Peru, Keefe of Worcester, Garlick of Needham, O'Day of West Boylston, Cantwell of Marshfield and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill in section 2, item 2810-2042, by inserting after the word “leases” in subsection (b) , the following: “fees, rentals,” and by inserting after the word “provided further, that” in subsection (g), the following; “if the department of conservation and recreation projects that total revenues from the fees identified in this item will exceed $17,677,091 the department shall notify the secretary of administration and finance and the house and senate committees on ways and means;”
