Amendment #690 to H4000

Exempting Cities and Towns from Gas Tax Increases

Representatives Diehl of Whitman, Turner of Dennis, Kuros of Uxbridge, Lombardo of Billerica, Cole of Peabody, Dooley of Norfolk, Fattman of Sutton, Ashe of Longmeadow and Garry of Dracut move to amend the bill by adding thee following section:-

Section XX. Section 1 of chapter 64A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- "Cities and towns in the Commonwealth shall receive reimbursement for the fees collected under this section".
