Representatives Swan of Springfield, Fox of Boston, Puppolo of Springfield, Holmes of Boston, Devers of Lawrence, Moran of Lawrence, Vega of Holyoke and Cullinane of Boston move to amend the bill in Section 2; in item 7007- 0952, by adding an additional item:

“7007- 1000For the operation of a technical assistance and entrepreneurship development program for small businesses in urban communities, provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be to expend to the Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of the Greater Springfield, and to provide technical assistance to small businesses in urban communities, with a priority given to those businesses which wish to respond to requests for goods and services from the gaming licensee in the Western Massachusetts region; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce”…………………. $2,000,000
