Amendment #694 to H4000

Elder Protective Services

Representatives Silvia of Fall River, Schmid of Westport, Khan of Newton, Mannal of Barnstable, Howitt of Seekonk, Poirier of North Attleborough and Fiola of Fall River move to amend the bill in item 9110-1636 by adding the following:- "provided, that no less than $1,000,000 be allocated for community service organizations and local law enforcement agencies for programs that prevent domestic violence among women over the age of fifty."
