Law Degree Incentives for ADAs

Mr. Diehl of Whitman moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:-

SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the University of Massachusetts School of Law Dartmouth shall provide for a tuition waiver program for in-state tuition applicants who sign to commit to a minimum of five years in the office of a Massachusetts State District Attorney’s office after obtaining their degree and providing that they subsequently pass the Massachusetts Bar Exam.
