Transparency in Water Management

Representatives Peterson of Grafton and Beaton of Shrewsbury move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XX.  Final regulations to implement the Sustainable Water Management Initiative framework shall not be adopted until The Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture holds a public hearing on the details of the process for creating the terms and regulations for the implementation of the SWMI regulations."
