Amendment #704 to H4000

MBTA Revolving Door Prevention

Representatives Diehl of Whitman and Lombardo of Billerica move that the bill be amended by inserting the following Section:-

"SECTIONXX: Section 5 of chapter 268A is hereby amended by inserting the following after “Section (e)” the following section:-

“(SectionX) A board member of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Pension Board who acts as legislative or executive agent, as defined in section thirty-nine of chapter three, for anyone other than the commonwealth, MBTA or a state agency before the governmental body, as determined by the state ethics commission with which he has been associated, within five years after he leaves that body or,” "
