Pharmaceutical Gift Ban #3

Representatives Andrews of Orange, Keefe of Worcester and Ehrlich of Marblehead move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Subclause (c) of clause (1) of the second paragraph of section 2 of chapter 111N of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 110 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2012, is hereby amended by striking out the following words:-

, unless otherwise permitted under this section."
