Amendment #727 to H4000

Conducting background checks on household members of foster care home

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Cole of Peabody, Diehl of Whitman, Dooley of Norfolk, Kuros of Uxbridge and Lombardo of Billerica move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XXXX: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of children and families shall conduct CORI checks on all household members of a foster home over the age of 14.”
