Amendment #734 to H4000

Auto Appraiser Amendment

Representatives Cusack of Braintree and Collins of Boston move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX.  The twenty-third paragraph of Section 8G of Chapter 26 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words: “shall remove the certificate of inspection from the vehicle,” the following words:- “if a police officer is present”
