Amendment #745 to H4000

Prison Mitigation Funding

Representatives Benson of Lunenburg, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Dooley of Norfolk and Walsh of Framingham move to amend the bill in section 1 by inserting after item 8910-0160 the following:

“Department of Correction” 8900-0001, “and provided further, that the department shall expend not less than $2,000,000 for cities and towns hosting facilities;”
