Representatives Gregoire of Marlborough, Cabral of New Bedford, Conroy of Wayland, Galvin of Canton, Gobi of Spencer, Kaufman of Lexington, Khan of Newton, Kocot of Northampton, Linsky of Natick, Murphy of Weymouth, Peake of Provincetown, Sannicandro of Ashland, Scibak of South Hadley, Smizik of Brookline, Benson of Lunenburg, Chan of Quincy, Cusack of Braintree, Fernandes of Milford, McMurtry of Dedham, Puppolo of Springfield, Andrews of Orange, Ashe of Longmeadow, Ayers of Quincy, Balser of Newton, Beaton of Shrewsbury, Canavan of Brockton, Cantwell of Marshfield, Cronin of Easton, Decker of Cambridge, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Dwyer of Woburn, Dykema of Holliston, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Fennell of Lynn, Garballey of Arlington, Garry of Dracut, Gordon of Bedford, Heroux of Attleboro, Madden of Nantucket, Mannal of Barnstable, Smola of Warren and Vega of Holyoke move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5920-3010, by striking the figure “$4,000,000”, and inserting in place thereof the figure “$6,000,000”; and in said item in line 14, by inserting after “under said waiver;” the following: “including, but not limited to, establishing at least 1 regularly scheduled enrollment period per year or a continuous open enrollment period;”; and in said item in line 22, by inserting after “the costs associated with such services” the following: “for the period covering October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014”; and in said item by striking the figure “$5,621,132” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$8,621,132”
