Amendment #800 to H4000

Elder Economic Security Commission Reauthorization

Representatives O'Day of West Boylston, Fox of Boston, Hecht of Watertown, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Miceli of Wilmington, Garlick of Needham, Silvia of Fall River, Khan of Newton and Walsh of Framingham move to amend H. 4000 by adding the following section:

Section XX: Section 187 of Chapter 38 of the Acts of 2013 is hereby amended by striking the section and replacing it with the following section:

“The commission shall file its recommendations together with the drafts of legislation necessary to carry those into effect, with the clerks of the senate and the house of representatives, not later than 12 months after the first time the commission is convened.”
