Amendment #802 to H4000

First District Court of Eastern Worcester Assistant Clerk Position

Representatives Gregoire of Marlborough, Beaton of Shrewsbury and Dykema of Holliston move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX - Section 10 of Chapter 218 of the M.G.L.’s is hereby amended by granting the first district court of eastern Worcester two assistant clerks with salaries payable by the Commonwealth.
