Amendment #822 to H4000

Full MassHealth Coverage for Adult Outlier Hospital Patients

Representatives Cronin of Easton and Brady of Brockton move to amend the bill in section 2 in item 4000-0300 in line 92 by inserting after the word “funding;” the following:

"Provided further, that effective October 1, 2014, the executive office shall provide an outlier adjustment for both adult and pediatric patients and ensure that pediatric outlier payments are paid at a level no less than what was provided in FY2014;".
