Amendment #825 to H4000

Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center

Representatives Cronin of Easton, Brady of Brockton, Canavan of Brockton, Calter of Kingston, Nyman of Hanover and D'Emilia of Bridgewater move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, at the end thereof by adding the following: "provided further that funding shall be expended on children’s advocacy centers, services for child victims of sexual abuse and assault; and provided further, that not less than $125,000.00 be expended for the Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center".
