Transparency in state spending

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton and Diehl of Whitman move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XXXX: “The office of the state treasurer is hereby directed to post on the Open Checkbook website all payouts of severance and settlement agreements involving employee disputes; provided that such information shall include the amount of the settlement and to whom it was paid.”
