Representatives Malia of Boston and Fox of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2 in line item 4512-0200, in line7 by inserting after “group;” the following: “provided further, that not more than $200,000 shall be expended for Project RIGHT’s substance abuse/ trauma prevention initiative in the Grove Hall area of Boston”; and in said item by striking out the figures “89,402,333 ” and inserting in place thereof the figures “89,604,333".
