Funding for Environmental Programs in Belmont

Mr.  Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 2200-0100, in line 8, by inserting after the word "Laws"  the following: "; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for environmental programs in the town of Belmont"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$28,498,668" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$28,573,668".
