Honor Flight New England

Mr. Wagner of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0010, by inserting after “department of veterans’ services” the following: - “; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for Honor Flight New England for the purpose of flying veterans at no cost to Washington D.C. to visit memorials dedicated in honor of their service and sacrifices”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$2,571,269” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$2,671,269”.
