For matching grants to the Massachusetts Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, Inc., the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs, Inc., the YWCA organizations, nonprofit community centers, teen empowerment and youth development programs; provided, the department of public health shall award not less than $2,000,000 to the Massachusetts Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs, which shall be distributed equally between said recipient’s member organizations ……………………………………………………………………………..$3,800,000
