Amendment #88 to H4000

Community Gardens Along MBTA Commuter Rail and Subway Tracks in Malden

Mr. Fallon of Malden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0699-9100, by adding the following:-

"; provided further, that no less than $25,000 will be expended for the development and maintenance of a community garden along the MBTA commuter rail and orange line subway tracks in the City of Malden."
