Amendment #894 to H4000
Employment Services Program (ESP)
Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Fox of Boston, Keenan of Salem, McMurtry of Dedham, Andrews of Orange, Decker of Cambridge, Swan of Springfield, Cronin of Easton, Gordon of Bedford, Nangle of Lowell, Schmid of Westport, Cantwell of Marshfield, Chan of Quincy, Vega of Holyoke, Devers of Lawrence, DiZoglio of Methuen and Heroux of Attleboro move to amend H4000, in Section 2, in item 4401-1000, in line 8, by inserting after the word, “services”, the following:
“provided further that the young parents GED program shall be funded at no less than “$3,447,571”, provided further that not less than $3,150,000 shall be expended for the Comprehensive Integrated Employment Services program, provided further that all programs that received funding in FY14 shall receive not less than the same amount in FY15 ”.
and, by striking the figures, “$5,000,000”, and inserting in place thereof the figures, “$9,000,000”.
