Amendment #896 to H4000

Mass Health Family Assistance Immigrant Coverage

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Khan of Newton, Sannicandro of Ashland, Ehrlich of Marblehead, O'Day of West Boylston and Toomey of Cambridge move that the bill be amended by adding to line item 4000-0880 the following:-

“; provided further, that funds may be expended from this item for health care subsidies provided to eligible individuals under the last paragraph of section 9 of said chapter 118E; and provided further, that funds may be expended from this item for health care services provided to eligible individuals under section 16D of said chapter 118E.”
