Amendment #91 to H4000

Bureau of Substance Abuse Programs

Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox, Cariddi of North Adams, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Mark of Peru move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4512-0200, on page 75 in line 18, by adding the following: “; and provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Berkshire County Youth Development Project for youth intervention services.”
