Brownfields Redevelopment Fund

Representatives Walsh of Framingham, Cabral of New Bedford, Conroy of Wayland, Cronin of Easton, Decker of Cambridge, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Garlick of Needham, Heroux of Attleboro, Honan of Boston, Keefe of Worcester, Mark of Peru, Sánchez of Boston, Pignatelli of Lenox and Zlotnik of Gardner move to amend the bill in Section 90 by striking out clause (ii) and inserting in place thereof the following clause:-

“(ii) $45,000,000 to the Brownfields Redevelopment Fund established pursuant to section 29A of chapter 23G of the General Laws; and (iii) the remaining balance to the Commonwealth Stabilization Trust Fund.”
