Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in Section 2, Line Item 4000-0700 on page 59 in line 38, by adding the following,“; and provided further, that $750,000 be expended for infrastructure and capacity building for Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington;”
