Amendment #920 to H4000

Travel Allowance

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 102 the following section:

"SECTION [XXX].  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any travel allowances paid to Gary W. Calderwood, Building Commissioner for the City of Newburyport, between November 21, 2012 and April 30, 2016 shall be paid retroactively as regular compensation”.
