Upper Charles Trail

Ms. Dykema of Holliston moves to amend the bill in line 7008-0900 by adding the following: “; provided further that not less than 1,200,000 be expended for the Upper Charles Trail in Holliston” and in said item by striking out the figures “$5,914,651” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,114,651”.
