MA Regulatory Process Relative to Public Safety in the Commonwealth

Representatives Walsh of Framingham, Chan of Quincy, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, McMurtry of Dedham, Naughton of Clinton and Sannicandro of Ashland move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 0910-0220 the following item:-

“0910-02XX For the purpose of studying the potential effects of construction codes, professional licensure, variances and inspectional services on public safety and economic development in the Commonwealth…………$50,000”
