Amendment #972 to H4000

Homeless Animal Prevention & Care Fund Amendment

Representatives Kafka of Stoughton, Galvin of Canton, Ayers of Quincy, Honan of Boston, Holmes of Boston, Canavan of Brockton, Cutler of Duxbury, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Decker of Cambridge, Ferguson of Holden, Fernandes of Milford, Madden of Nantucket, Heroux of Attleboro, Garlick of Needham, Walsh of Framingham and Toomey of Cambridge move to amend the bill by inserting after section 105 the following section:

"SECTION XX. Section 35WW of Chapter 10 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding, after the last sentence, the following: Funds deposited and expended from the Homeless Animal Prevention and Care Fund shall not be assessed any indirect costs.”
