Amendment #977 to H4000

Dental Records Amendment

Mr. Kafka of Stoughton moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 105 the following section:

"SECTION XX. Effective July 1, 2014, All dental insurance claims filed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall also be filed with the All Payer Claims Database maintained by the Center for Health Information and Analysis, so that the Center may conduct a study relative to the use of mercury in dental amalgam”.
