Majority vote

Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in Section 1, in line 6, by striking out the words “, who shall serve as chair”; and further, in said Section 1, in line 25, by adding after the third sentence the following:- The chair of the commission shall be appointed by a majority vote of the members.
