Amendment #1 to H4069

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 8700-0001 the following item:-

"8910-7110 ................................…………………………..……………....$50,000."

And by inserting after section 21, the following new section:-

SECTION 21A. Item 8910-7110 of section 2 of chapter 38 of the acts of 2013 is hereby amended by adding the following words:- ; and provided further, that any funds unexpended in fiscal year 2014 shall not revert and shall be made available for the purposes of this item until June 30, 2015.
