Amendment #14 to H4069

An Act increasing review of rules and regulations with economic impacts on small businesses

Mrs. O'Connell of Taunton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:- 

"Section 5A of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “12” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "5"."
