Amendment #16 to H4069

Economic Development

Mrs. Poirier of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 7 the following new section:-

"SECTION XX. Item 7008-0900 of section 2 of chapter 38 of the acts of 2013 is hereby amended by inserting after "New Bedford" the following:-

; and provided further, that any funds unexpended in fiscal year 2014 shall not revert and shall be made available for the purposes of this item until June 30, 2015.".
