Amendment #18 to H4069

Plymouth County Dredging Program

Representatives Cutler of Duxbury, Cantwell of Marshfield and Calter of Kingston moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

SECTION XX. Item 1599-0026 of section 2 of Chapter 38 of the acts of 2013 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “distribution” the following:-

“provided further that not less than $480,000 shall be expended to Plymouth County for the purposes of the Plymouth County Dredging Program”.
