Ms. Andrews of Orange moves to amend the bill in section 2A by inserting after item 7002-0040 the following item:-

“7004-XXXX For The North Central Massachusetts Development Corp. to establish a North Quabbin Center for Business Development to promote economic development in the North Quabbin region…………$100,000”.
