Amendment 1

An Act relative to the preparation of certain bilingual ballots in the city of Boston

The committee on Ways and Means recommends that the bill be amended in SECTION 4 by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:-

“The board’s determination shall be made in recognition of its duty under this act to provide the necessary voter assistance to the city’s Chinese and Vietnamese speaking communities.”.
