Amendment #12 to H4091

Charter School Application Guidelines

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 42, by striking lines 421

through 427 and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-

"The board shall not accept an application by a charter school under clause (i) or clause (ii) of this paragraph if the

attrition rate of the charter school is greater than the sending district's attrition rate in the same grades served by

the charter school."
