Amendment #3 to H4091

Require certification of all public school teachers

Ms. Garlick of Needham moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 54 the following section:

SECTION XX. Amend Chapter 71, Section 89, subsection (ii) in the 2010 Edition of the General Laws by striking out the subsection and replacing it with words "No teacher shall be hired by a commonwealth charter school who is not certified pursuant to Section 38G."
