Prohibiting for-profit entities from managing charter schools

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:  Section XX.  Amend chapter 71, Section 89 (d) by adding at the end of the first sentence:

:and, provided further, for-profit business and corporate entities shall be prohibited from managing a charter school on behalf of a charter school board of trustees.
