Regarding Car Sharing Organizations

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX:  Section 32J of chapter 90 of the general laws is hereby amended by striking out in lines 5-6 the words: “a membership fee separate from”.
