Amendment to H4120 (Senator Creem)

Ms. Creem moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the fifth paragraph the following paragraph:-

“A lease entered into under this act shall be subject to subsections (a), (b) and (g) of section 16 of chapter 30B of the General Laws.”
