Baker's Pond in Lenox

Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in line item 2000-7062, of section 2B, is hereby amended by inserting the following language after the word Brookfield:

; provided that, $125,000 shall be expended for the final phase restoration of Baker’s pond at Kennedy Park in the town of Lenox
