Mr. Cutler of Duxbury moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2800-7107 by inserting after the word “river;” in line 128 the following: provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to Plymouth County for the purposes of the Plymouth County Dredging Program;
